(mt 220 slm - a km. 17 da Jesi) Antico centro pre-romano sorto a ridosso del fiume Musone in cui si insediarono i Galli Senoni, cacciati poi nel 295 A.C. Oggi è un importante polo industriale dell'abbigliamento. Da vedere: il Museo del Biroccio (tel. 071/7221314), la Raccolta Beltrami, la Chiesa di S. Francesco e la Chiesa di S. Maria degli Angeli. (220 m. above sea level - 17 km from Jesi) An o1d pre-Roman town which grew up on the banks of the River Musone. The first to settle there were the Senones Gauls, driven off in 295 B.C.
