GASTRONOMIA Dalla costa all'entroterra si susseguono itinerari enogastronomici che trovano momenti di massima espressione culinaria nel brodetto di pesce, nei famosi vincisgrassi e nei vari tipi di potacchi (carne o pesce in gustosi intingoli).

GASTRONOMY From the coast to the inland gastronomic itinerars follow one upon the other and find their moments of maximum culinay expression in such dishes as the "brodetto di pesce" (fish broth), the famous "vincisgrassi" (a type of egg lasagna with a sauce made of chicken liver), and the various types of "potacchi" (meat or fish in appetizing sauces). From the production of assorted wines which the region has to offer, the "Verdicchio" from the castles of Jesi and the "Lacrima" of Morro d'Alba stand out among the rest (DOC wines).
